This week’s vote is all about redemption. Was there a place you wanted to send me but wasn’t the winner? Well, here is your chance to potentially see one of these places again. You’ve sent me on four awesome adventures, but some of these votes were close. So, take a review of the “losers,” and let’s see where you send me next. Don’t forget to vote at the bottom of the post. Because it’s not just my adventure, it’s OUR adventure.
House On The Rock
Located in Spring Green, Wisconsin, The House on the Rock is opening its doors has opened its doors for the season and seems like a pretty awesome experience. This house that sits on a rock is an odd museum filled with different theme rooms that include a circus room, an organ room (the instrument, not body organs), an infinity room, and even has a creepy carousel doll room. I would go just for that last room alone. It is also located near Tower Hill State Park, a cheese factory, and a Frank Lloyd Wright house, so there are plenty of other things to do while I am there.
The Mall Of America
If you are from Minnesota, you have most likely been to the Mall of America. If you are not from here, the Mall of America is exactly what it sounds like. It’s the United States’ largest mall. Full of shops, restaurants, and even an amusement park in the middle of the whole thing. I haven’t been to this place in years and am curious what it is like now. They follow CDC-recommended practices, and I am fully vaccinated, so I feel comfortable enough to spend some time here masked up for the day. Would you be interested in seeing this giant mall with me?
The Spam Museum
If you haven’t had Spam, it is a can of salty meat that comes in a can and could survive a nuclear war. I am now a vegetarian, but I have enjoyed many nights eating fried Spam and rice with soy sauce while watching “Annie” starring Carol Burnett. And though I lived most of my adult life in New York City, I’m surprised I never took a trip to the Spam Museum on one of my visits home. This museum is just the right amount of weird, that I would love to check it out with you all.
Wisconsin Dells
The Waterpark Capital of the World, AKA Wisconsin Dells, has been entertaining families for years. I should know as I went there on vacation thirty years ago with my family when I was ten. But while waterpark weather has not hit the midwest yet, there is so much more to explore. There is so much to do in Wisconsin Dells, from a robot museum and zip lines to Circus World and horseback riding. This option is full of adventure and fun.

I chose the Spam Museum and I especially want to see you take a picture on the Spam throne! I feel like the House on the Rock is just too much for one day, it’s a multi-day adventure!
